1-2 Serving as tea a day :
2 – Use 3leaves of Soursop.
2. Boil one cup of water in a small pot.
3. Tear the Sourop leaves apart to cut it into small pieces.
4. Place the leaves of gravoila (soursop) in your tea cup then add the boiling water and cover it for 30 mins – 1 hour.
5. To sweeten add honey or sugar, you can drink it hot or cold.
