They did not taste nasty but seems like they take a while to dissolve. If I wasn't paying attention, a whole 30 minutes plus would past and it was still on my tongue. I purchased these for speedy recovery from COVID. I read where a lost of taste and smell while COVID positive meant zinc deficient. Those senses are still not back 100%. I really can't say if it helped or not. Read more

Lozenges have no carbs, artificial colors or un-necessary chemicals, just the basics as it should be. Added ginger is a good ingredient to include to this mix. Really helps my scratchy throat, especially when taken at night. Read more
