This has worked very well for me. When I began swimming, I knew I’d need a shampoo and conditioner that would help me keep out the chlorine green straw-like hair that comes from daily swimming. After much research and many review readings I decided on zelios. The shampoo doesn’t take much more than a drop to lather up a lot and rinse very clean. It is the conditioner that I find to be the hidden gem. After rinsing to get into the pool, I put a small, dime size amount on my hair and leave it in during the swim. After the swim I use the shampoo, then conditioner and rinse. My hair is supple, shines and not green tinged. I just began using at the end of the summer swim season on a friend's referral. I was barely able to get a comb through my shoulder length , dry , brittle , frizzed curls. I purchased and have been using the pre- swim, shampoo, and conditioner a few days only but it is a GREAT improvement ! I won a basket of Zealios products in a raffle a couple years ago and I switched to their shampoo and conditioner immediately after trying and I do not switch hair products frequently. The packaging is not fancy but what is important is what is inside. I have fine hair and the conditioner does not weigh it down and doing sports I wash my hair frequently. Read more

I bought this based on all the glowing reviews, usually a reliable way to find a good product on Amazon. This product was a worse than a letdown. It has the texture of caulk in the bottle. I went ahead and applied some after my first swim of the summer, hoping that it would mitigate the effects of chlorine. It made my hair tangled, brittle and dry. It went straight into the trash.
