These things rock! Nice peppery cherry flavor. They have probably saved my life as I was a heavy smoker for many years. I have been 100% smoke free for years now thanks to these lozenges. Only thing is they are very pricey, but buying them here on Amazon is actually a little cheaper than from the drug store (unless the drug store is running a buy one and get half off the second deal) Read more

Compared to Nicorette lozenges which are fairly solid and can be very slowly broken down, these are softer or crumblier (is that a word?) so that they dissolve much faster. I use twice as many at least. Unfortunately, Nicorette doesn't make the cherry flavor anymore. The Equate brand is somewhere in the middle. Read more
