I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt that I needed to share my experience. I have been using other brands of hair fibers and powders for the scalp (Caboki, Infinity, Joan Rivers, thinning hair powder kit, DERM match, TRUHAIR thickening fibers,) THIS one is by far the best one I've used! Easy to put on and it does look very natural! I have been spending so much time on my hair with other products to make it look natural, that this one has cut my time in the morning. The color matches perfectly and it doesn't irritate my scalp, nor make it itchy. I work in an office and those florescent lights are horrible. Some of the powders were showing green tinged under those lights! I was horrified. I will never buy anything else, as long as they don't change the formula. ONE satisfied customer!!!! What I liked about this product was as a woman of color, I have the thinning spots right at the crown of the head on both sides I was unable to wear my hair pulled back until I found this product top secret has allowed me to pull my hair back filling in those bare spots without a buildup. I just received my package today within the time frame promised. I was a little embarrassed though because the return address on the box says "Secret Hair - Hair Thickening Fibers. So now my roommates know exactly what I ordered and I'm sure now their friends will know. I've ordered cabooki for a year now and the only thing on their return label is "Cabooki". If you dont want anyone to know what your ordering, then just a word to the wise. The product itself looks high quality. I'm anxious to try the pump to see if it works better than the shaker type. That's the only reason I'm switching brands. Just a word in your ear Top Secret, your name says it all, most of us don't want anyone to know we are using hair thickening fibers. After posting my review about the spray nozzle not working, this company sent me a replacement nozzle as well as extra fiber and a label to send the old malfunctioning nozzle back. The new nozzle works perfectly! Simple yet it works! This is a great and beneficial product to use while your waiting to dye your grey roots. I also found that it gives the appearance of thicker hair. To this end, the product works in more than one way. In addition to that, the product comes with a great tool to make it easy for application. Please note, the product can stay in your hair longer than a day or two. This works really well for me seeing that I do not want to have to make applying the product an every day activity. I really like this product! I feel like my hair has lost some volume and I’m always paranoid that my hair is thinning. This really made a noticeable difference. I styled my hair and then sprayed it along my part and where I thought a little more color would look good. I found it really easy to use. It covers well and looks very natural as long as it’s spraying smoothly. I shake the can as suggested when it only blows air and it returns to normal. It really makes my hair look finished. I'm so annoyed not being able to use it like the promoted video does. The pump or nozzle does not work at all. I made sure that I attached the nozzle properly and securely and still nothing would come out. So disappointed.Update: 10/4/16The seller had sent me a replacement pump and it seems to have solved the initial problem I had. Thank you Top Secret for your prompt response.
