Since receiving this product, I haven't taken anything else for acid reflux that began suddenly after having a bad reaction to a certain prebiotic. I read about this brand of DGL in a book by Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum. I have been following his recommendations (take for six weeks, twice a day as directed, along with digestive enzymes with meals). This has changed my life. I have suffered from acid reflux and other digestive issues for about 25 years. My sister told me about the bowel support from Terry Naturally and came across this and between the both supplements I haven't felt this normal in a long time and have tried many supplements and diets(low for map included)and refuse to take prescription drugs..Please don't ever stop making these supplements and thank you for giving me hope. This product didn't work for me like it may have worked for others.I have Silent Acid Reflux which is too much acid, I don't have heartburn, belching,dry cough, or feel nausea. My Problem is too much Acid in the stomach, and aftereating, I get a bitter taste in my mouth, and hoarseness.This Product is not for people that experience the symptoms that I mentioned above. This form of DGL worked to decrease and, on some days, even completely eliminate my heartburn. I have spent 4 months getting off of Prilosec and it's been horrible. Other brands of DGL did nothing to relieve my symptoms. Now I use one tab of the Terry Naturally Advanced DGL - 75 mg in the morning and I am free of heartburn all day. I still take one 75mg Zantac tablet at night, but hope to get off of that too. Read more
