I sometimes have trouble falling asleep and then, staying there. I take a number of supplements to help with this, and prefer natural and biological ingredients to anything chemical or prescription.This product features 5-HTP (hydroxytryptophan) from the gryffonia seed. This product page says it also contains melatonin, valerian root and choline, although I can’t see these listed on the bottle anywhere. However, they’re all well known botanicals I’m familiar with to aid in relaxation and sleep. I find that this supplement helps.You get 60 caps in this bottle, with the recommended serving being 2 caps. And the price of $16 for this made-in-the-USA product is decent. Read more
This stuff is everything that it claims to be. I've been taking one melatonin and one valerian capsule that seems to work ok but I decided to give this a try. Glad that I did as this works so much better. It hasn't been this easy for me to fall asleep and wake up refreshed for years. Even cannabis gummies don't work as well. The best thing is that I fall deeply asleep but do not have any kind of hangover whatsoever. I felt so good this morning that I didn't even need a cup of coffee. Not high or anything, just refreshed and ready to go. The label reads that the ingredients are of the highest quality. If you're having trouble sleeping I recommend this wholeheartedly. Read more
This Relaxation Plus + 5-HTP Supplement definitely relaxes me at bedtime and will be a help to those who wish to avoid melatonin. The HTTP stabilizes serotonin which is a wellbeing hormone and also induces a state of relaxation. It is not appropriate for Vegetarians, though, because it has gelatin from a bovine source. I am not a Vegetarian and I do not mind taking some melatonin as well so this product should work for everyone but Vegetarians and those with special, rare allergies to some component of it. The capsules are easy to swallow and seem to work best for me if I take them about 45 minutes before bedtime. Read more

So far I’m very happy with this relaxation +5 HTP supplement. It arrived quickly and will package. The capsules are standard size capsules and easy to swallow. There is no discernible taste or older. I like that the ingredients are pretty simple and direct. The gelatin comes from cows and the magnesium stearate is from a vegetable source. I appreciate that it comes from a natural source. I have been taking this supplement regularly as directed and I do find that it helps for mood stabilizer. For me the way to tell was to skip a week and see what happened. The easy to swallow capsules do take the edge off of my anxiety. Sleep is still a challenge. Read more
