I used this on my Revlon Tourmaline Iconic blow dryer. It did slide on easily. It has rubber, bands on the inside to help grip your blow dryer. It's great at straightening the hair, but if you have thick natural hair, it will keep sliding down a bit. So what i do is put gloves on and hold it at the edge, just until im able to smoothly comb through my hair with the pik. I have natural African American hair and this gets the job done for my at home blowouts. Its strong, fits my dryer perfectly without falling off and really helps my hair flow. Its durable. There is nothing better than having this piece if you don't have one already for your dryer. Great when straightening or just drying hair in general more quickly. Does not stay on attachment. The comb is a screw on attachment that you put on the end of your blow dryer, which would be great if it came with other attachments which it doesn't. It doesn't really screw onto the attachment so it constantly falls off. Also the blow dryer attachment comes off my dryer very easily so it's extremely frustrating. I have a conair cord keeper 1875 & it fits until you start to actually use it and it pops right off. fortunately I am smart enough to put a rubber band around the blow dryer it self then put the comb piece on and it stays on. Sucks but it works because conair doesn't make the comb piece for this particular dryer. And the only other thing is the actual comb tends to come off in the mist of blow drying from time to time but it screw right back on. Read more

Meh. This is not an attachment to use if you have a handless dryer. I was looking for something to replace my previous comb attachment that I’ve had for years, because it didn’t fit on my new hair dryer. So I bought this thinking it looks legit and sturdy. First, I am a hairdresser, and I like to use comb attachments for my own hair, because I lack the patience to use a denman or round brush. I should note that I am used to holding the barrel of the hair dryer instead of the handle when blow drying. This attachment blows hot air back on your hand, no matter how tight you try to get the attachment on, which as you can imagine starts to burn after a while (depending on the temp of the air coming from your hair dryer).The teeth are ineffective, because the distance between the opposite sides are too wide (see pictures), and the smaller combs on the inside I’m assuming are just there to pull my hair out. I don’t have super coarse or thick hair, probably a 3c/4a mix, and this just does not hit the mark. My blow dry is not nearly as straight as I’m used to getting it (with how I normally use a comb attachment). I have to keep going over sections that shouldn’t take long to get straight. I had to buy another comb attachment, which was 3 times the price of this, but in my opinion worth it, because it is not as wide, it doesn’t burn my hand, and I can actually use it effectively. It says universal, so I assumed it would fit any brand of blow dryer. Though it slides on, it doesn't stay there securely. I love the results I get when using it but having to continuously push it back into place can be a pain. Read more

Fits well. My daughter has long thick curly hair which is difficult to manage when wet and over the years has required a routine. This detangler definitely helps and has made the process much quicker. I’d recommend giving it a try especially at this price. Read more
