> The Vegetology brand Vegan Omega-3 EPA & DHA arrived quickly, in excellent condition. The vegicaps appeared to be fresh, and were easy to swallow.> I sent a couple messages to the seller, with questions. Each time, the seller responding quickly, in a very polite, helpful manner. One question I asked was the expiration date for current stock. I was told it is approximately 2 years from now, which would indicate the Omega 3 is very fresh.> I also visited the manufacturer's website, where they answer questions submitted by consumers in a very helpful way. They also explain how they produce the Vegan Omega 3, in a clean, safe environment, away from the toxins found in the ocean. It is also very important to me that this product does not use Hexane to process the Omega 3. The brand is not well known yet in the US. But, appears to have a strong following in Europe.> I have reviewed every Vegan Omega 3 supplement available on amazon at this time. This and one other brand have the highest potency per dose of BOTH DHA & EPA of all the Vegan sourced Omega 3 products currently available. Each of these elements of Omega 3 offer important health benefits. I also appreciate that it has DPA as well.>When this product becomes eligible for the subscribe and save program, I will be adding it to my delivery subscriptions. Read more
She is sensitive to EVERYTHING!! But these have worked for her very well. She takes 2 a day Read more
Bought the product thinking the omega-3 content stated was for one capsule. Turns out the manufacturers slyly hid the fact that a serving size is 2 capsules and all the listed numbers are for two capsules instead of one which makes no sense. One assumes that the omega-3 content numbers are for one capsule. This makes this product heavily overpriced and left me a sour taste as I feel scammed. Very unhappy. Read more
First, in order to get the 300mg EPA and 500mg DHA specified on the front of the pack (see my photo), you need to take TWO capsules (see my second photo, 'Serving Size'). So 60 capsules will last 30 days, not the 60 that we would infer from the front of the pack. This makes the pack twice as expensive as you may have assumed.Second, the description above (as at 2020-11-12), says "EPA: 300mg DHA: 300mg." In truth, looking at the actual packaging, each capsule contains EPA: 150mg and DHA: 250mg. The ratio of EPA to DHA is considered significant by some authorities. So, if you buy this for the ratio (as I did) you may not obtain the exact benefits that you anticipated.I won't be buying this brand again. Read more
Some people complain that you have to take two which is actually mentioned in description. It is good, probably best quality to quantity product on market. Every other brand put lower amounts of DHA and EPA in their product and they also want you to take two pills as dosage so see no problem with it at all. Not sure if it helped with something tho, as I am young my body is strong and have not so many health problems. Read more
I was using a fish oil supplement until my vegan guide told me that fish oil is still blasphemous to eat and recommended this stuff. To be honest I can't tell the different, I mean why eat the fish when you can eat what the fish eat instead?I am a sourceful man, which is why I go straight to the source. I was told to take omega 3 by my ophthalmologist, hence I have tried many omega 3 oil products over the years. This product is one of the better vegan omega 3 oil products available on Amazon but it is not cheap. But it is worth paying the additional few £s for the health benefits. Good alternative to fish and krill oils. Read more
