This product has truly been LIFE CHANGING! I am always skeptical about products that claim to "raise energy levels," or be "miracle products." As someone who has fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome, I used to need to sleep 10-14 hours per day. I could not bare to think about working full-time. After taking this for only a few days, I noticed a GREAT INCREASE in my energy levels and need to not sleep as much. I have been down for 8 months terrible with fibro, and another autoimmune problem that doctor's are trying to figure out..... my digestive system is a mess, and to break down any food I eat, my body has all it can do to do it.... I have been using this product for my husband who had heart bypass surgery, we have had amazing results with this product. I was so happy when I found this for this price and with 100servings as I use 3 scoops a day for him. Well we have been using this for several months now, and I had been having the feeling I was running out too early, so I decided to monitor it more closely, and to my surprise,I was right. There were only 81 servings, not 100,like the label said, it was 19 short, and in my book that is substantial,I even decided to weigh my brand new unopened one that reflected less from the start, so can only guess that I will be short this container also. Wow! I tried this for the first time today and it really does give you more energy. It's not a nervous kind of energy that you feel from too much caffeine or sugar. It somehow makes you feel calm but revitalized. I've been suffering from joint pain for a while and sometimes have a hard time standing for long periods of time. After taking this today, the pain was gone! I don't know how this works but I'm definitely going to be using it from here on out. I just reordered Nutricost D-Ribose. It's one of Dr. Steven Sinatra's "awesome foursome" of supplements for heart health. A few months ago, I was short of breath when exercising, especially in hot weather. My medical history is a bit complicated and lengthy so i'll just note that I have suffered with autoimmune problems and anxiety for many years. I have tried everything under the sun and so far a clean diet, exercise, doing the dirty work with handling my internal baggage, creatine and d-ribose has been life changing for me. I like this product, it is very mild tasting. I usually add it to coconut water and don't notice a difference in taste, which I appreciate very much. I have to start taking it more regularly to obtain the benefits.
