I wasn't sure if this moisturizer would be rich enough for me because I tend to have dry skin. However, this turned out to be the ideal weight for the hot and humid summer weather.It feels velvety on my skin, but not too heavy. I have sensitive skin, so I appreciate that there's no artificial fragrance. I also tend to get a little hormonal acne on my chin and this, while not entirely eliminating it, helped clear up some lingering blemishes during the first week or so that I used it. Perhaps this is because of the balancing probiotics? It's hard to be 100% sure, but I'm a big proponent of being gentle to your microbiome.The only downside is that I feel like I'm going through it more quickly than my usual moisturizer (perhaps because it's lighter) and it's a little expensive per ounce. I really liked this product at first. It had no smell, was easy to use, felt nice on my skin, etc. Unfortunately, after a few days of using it, my chin area broke out in few large painful pimples. They're not red or anything, but they're still large enough to be noticable. My skin is usually very clear, and I do not consider myself to have acne prone skin either which was confusing to say the least. I reccomend using this product with caution, because I cannot garentee you will have the same experience as me, considering everyone's skin is different. I’m 46, and somewhat picky about my day time moisturizer. I need a decent amount of moisture, but not greasy. This is perfect under makeup. It’s also great for all skin types. I mix it with a few drops of rose hip oil, massage from my neck up. I like to wait 5-10 minutes before applying my makeup, allowing my moisturizer to absorb. My skin stays hydrated all day, and keeps my makeup fresh, no creasing. As a bonus, it’s great for travel. Once you open the lid, you twist to unlock the dispenser.
