Finally a steroid nasal spray that is effective and taste/scent free. I never liked the competitor with the green top as it smells terrible and tastes worse. Honestly, I could never tell it was even effective. On day one with this I could tell a difference. I've found it's too expensive to not buy in bulk though, especially at the corner drugstore. My girlfriend had a cat that I'm allergic to, and initially none of the allergy medicines I've tried consistently worked. This includes:1. Loratidine (i.e. Claritin/Alavert)2. Triprolidine (i.e. old Sudafed)3. Cetirizine (i.e. Zyrtec) and, of course,4. Triamcinolone acetonide (i.e. Nasacort)After finding out that it's safe to take antihistamines in combination with Nasacort, I tried combining it with some cetirizine and it worked wonders. When on this combination, literally no trace of my old allergies remains. While these Nasacort spray bottles cost about 20 cents a day, the stupidly-low  nickel-per-day pricetag you can find on generic cetirizine pills  makes taking them in combination a total no-brainer.Note: Nasacort itself does not make you drowsy in the slightest. Cetirizine does, though, which is why I'd recommend it before bed should you decide to take the two in combination. Read more

I am so disappointed with this order. The product packaging came opened/someone unsealed it and usually with a nose spray you have to pump the sprayer a couple times before the spray will start to come out and these had already been primed. I don’t feel safe using this product and unfortunately Amazon will not do a return on this. I’m very annoyed. Read more

10 years ago my ENT (ears, nose and throat) doctor recommended I use Nasacort (NO substitute) 2 times a day for 4 weeks to get rid of my chronic allergies. (Painful sinuses and horrible headaches.). OMG, amazing!! If I have a headache, I take Nasacort and Advil; I am better in 1 hour. I have used this for years and recommended it to friends and family. This stuff is incredible. I've been suffering with post nasal drip, swollen throat, and a runny nose for years, and nothing seemed to work. I'm so glad i found nasacort. The reviews complaining that the security seal is missing and the box is open are misleading. The maker of nasacort doesn't put a safety seal on their bottles, so they won't have a seal regardless of where you buy them. The package is weird and they just open easily, even when i buy it at target or cvs the package practically falls apart at times. When I ordered this the package was sealed and exactly as it would be had i bought it at a pharmacy. Read more

I'm giving 5 stars for the actual product of Nasacort. This is by far the best allergy medicine I've ever used, including Claritin, Flonase, you name it... i only wish I would've started using this a long time ago.You follow the directions, and use it for maybe 2 or 3 days... after that, you're all of a sudden breathing clear and free for MONTHS. Now, after using it for a few years, when i feel stuffy and experience allergy symptoms, 1 or 2 days of Nasacort and I'm back to the months of clear breathing, it's amazing. I swear by it, i talk about this stuff constantly and recommend to everyone.This PACKAGING however, when ordered thru Amazon, was a JOKE. We ordered the 2-bottle pack, and the package came opened but "re-sealed" with packaging tape. Then, each bottle had no sort of tamper-proof protection or packaging, just wide open... these bottles could've had anything in them. There was no way I was spraying this in my nose.I requested a return, they're sending a new package today, we'll see how this new one looks... but very disappointing packaging, beyond ridiculous. I suffer from seasonal allergies and found that oral allergy medicine alone wasn't giving me the relief I so desperately wanted. I was still experiencing symptoms after playing outside, working in the yard, or even visiting a garden center. I started using 1 spray of Nasacort in each nostril every evening as part of my bedtime routine and it has made a huge difference. I no longer wake up during the night due to congestion, an itchy and runny nose, or drainage down my throat.
