If you look at the ingredients, it's got vitamin c and zinc, the 2 most important substances that if anyone lacks, leads to all kinds of health issues. I have horrible allergies nearly all year round. I have done a million tests and seen specialists regarding my on and off severe bouts of cough and my skin allergies. So far they haven't found anything but just tell me to keep my immunity up. I also have shingles problem. And post neuralgia kills me. I have taken this supplement for nearly 3+ weeks. I feel my killer cough has improved a bit, I need to carry on taking this supplement for added benefits. it's easy to swallow and doesn't give a bad aftertaste. I wish we could get some magical pills to get rid of our list of issues but unfortunately we need to wait patiently and atleast take the supplement for few months as immunity built up takes time. For an iron and electrolyte deficient girl who gets sick quite often, these vitamins have been added to my daily intake (Puritans Pride multivitamins, Fly By electrolyte replacement, and now Oroline's Immune Support).It would be nice if somehow the dosage were altered to be only one pill, but taking two isn't so bad since they're relatively small.I've noticed a slight difference in how I feel on a daily basis after taking Oroline every day for two weeks.
