My baby really likes chewing on the teether parts and the silicone pouches are very easy to clean. We bought this when my child was about 4 months old to introduce flavors of fruit to him without worrying about him choking on any food. I liked that he could hold it and control it himself, so he could decide how much he wanted. As my son got older and started solids, we stopped using this as a way to introduce food (currently practicing Baby Led Weaning). He is 11 months old and we now use it mostly as a teether and it's great. We sometimes will give it to him without any food and just give him the loop hand with the yellow part, which he loves to gnaw on. Sometimes we'll put cold honeydew or semi-frozen fruit in the little pouch which helps with teething.Pros: sturdy, it comes with 3 different size pacifier options which has allowed us to use both when he was small and now that he's older; several uses (introducing foods, teether); ability to use for the last 7 months!Cons: There was one time the paci part came off while he was gnawing on some fruit in there. This hasn't been a recurrent issue and it happened when the paci part was over stuffed and not snug tight on. However I could see this being an issue if you are not watching your child closely and they ingest some of the fruit that was inside which could be a choking hazard. Read more

This is by far a superior product compared to the gross mesh bags that are hard to clean and just gross - really how would you like sucking your food out of a mesh bag? ICK! This is a must buy - don't try to get the off brand ones spend the money for this one it is worth it! Read more

My LO loves it. It's easy to clean and keeps her attention... but... It's easy for kiddos to be super sloppy with it. I tried it first with frozen breast milk and made the mistake of not letting it freeze quite all the way. I didn't want it to be too frozen since she's not used to a ton of cold sensations/foods, but I think that was my fatal flaw because it then melted super fast and made a giant mess.I think it will be great for trying new foods, but I may not do milk again unless I present it to her right before bath time in her birthday suit. We had another teether that worked well also, until our dog decided he needed to do some teething on it too. So, this time I bought this one. So glad I did! I really like the way it comes apart for filling and cleaning, but the best part is the other side where my grandson can chew. It always seems babies like to chew and bite on any other part of the teether except for the intended part. LOL This fit the bill for that!
