Not reviewing on the product alone, I absolutely love this cleansing balm and have been using it for years. Very gentle, gets everything off and doesn’t break me out.Just a warning, this is a reseller and not actually sold from Farmacy Beauty. It doesn’t seem that they’re selling fake products but please beware of old or expired products. The Farmacy Beauty team was able to look up my lot number and it came back as June 2019. It removes waterproof mascara thoroughly...best remover I have ever used! Rinses off clean. Other mascara removers left an oily residue and made my eyes itch afterward. My only gripe and why I give it 4 stars is because of the slightly deceptive product description. I expected a larger jar and more product. It says "Item Weight: 6.4 ounces" which is twice what the actual volume of the product is. The volume of the product needs to be more clearly disclosed. After just a week, it seems like I am going through the product fairly quickly. I am cutting back on the amount used but today I am buying another jar because it doesn't seem like the product will last even a month. Read more

I love this product sooooo soooo much! It’s perfect! I can actually let my daughter play with all my makeup which is super fun and count on this product to take it off! It works super fast! I don't like spending a lot on personal care but I'm sick of buying cheap stuff that doesn't work and I thought I'd give this a try. I also saw a lot of good reviews and trusted that this would easily take my makeup off. I'm not familiar with using balms so this is the first one I have ever tried. LISTEN. I'm not lying when I say I have not had one bad breakout since I started using this. This stuff takes off my makeup so quickly, and although I usually double cleanse to ensure my makeup is completely off, sometimes I will just use this to wash my face off and I loveeeeeeee it. I use this as the first step in a double cleanse, and it does a great job of melting away everyday makeup and sunscreen. Compared to other cleansing balms I've used, this one starts out a bit softer and melts into a light oil consistency quickly. Because of that texture, I'm using less of it than other brands and it's lasting longer for me, I've been using this every day for almost 2 months now and there is still about 1/4 of it left. I have sensitive, combination, skin that is very prone to hormonal acne. This has left absolutely no irritation on my skin, or my eyes, it's very gentle, while being an effective cleanser. I received this product from a Sephora gift box as a sample . I loved it so much because of its consistency to glide on easily in removing hard set makeup . It also had a pleasent woodsy smell and let my skin feeling refreshed and smooth . I ordered the bigger batch from Amazon because of the free shipping and the two day service with Prime . But I was disappointed in the way this product appeared when I opened the package . First of all , the containing box was somewhat crushed . I opened the lid and it appears the product contents have shifted with a noticeable hardening and separation of the cream . As a result the product went on in clumps and all the oils had come to the top with mostly grease on application . And something was really off with the smell . Read more

I am new(ish) to double cleansing and I have already tried a couple different oil cleansers. This is by far my favorite. It is magic! I let it sit for a couple of minutes before gently massaging in completely and then adding water. It is the only cleanser I have ever found that removes all of my mascara. I do follow up with another, very gentle face wash afterwards. I have used Moringa and Heimish and they do nothing compared to this. I had a ton of makeup (makeover) on last night and this took all of it right off! I can't imagine I'll bother buying any other oil cleanser. Also, a little goes a long way. Read more

I have psoriasis, plus I undergo chemo once a week. This product calms my skin and keeps it looking fabulous in spite of my problems. I use it every night, even when I haven’t worn makeup that day!
