This eye pillow is too long to be comfortable. The length means that the flax seeds filling it tend to fall to the sides of my face on my temples and not rest comfortably over my eyes. It is longer than another eye pillow I own and the added length of this one is just not an asset. I was able to sew a seam about an inch from the end of it in order to make it a little smaller so that it fits better for me. As it is, unmodified, I don't like it though, it's just not very restful or comfortable on my eyes during savasana. Read more
This eye pillow works really well after it has been put in the freezer for an hour or so. It cools the eye area and the lavender scent is very relaxing. The eye pillow feels similar to a buckwheat pillow, the pellets move and adjust. It doesn't feel heavy on the eyes. Read more
I use eye bags in yoga. This is a good weight and size. I also enjoy the additon of flax and lavender. The smell is soft and the aroma invites you to relax.
