This material is normally used by dentists to seal root canal teeth between visits or to test teeth with heat for diagnostic purposes. It must be heated to soften and is not meant to be used to fill teeth. There are no directions with the material. From my understanding by using Google lens on the box for translation as well as further research on the internet. What you do is heat either one or both with hot air like low temp stove ,heat gun , hair dryer, I wrapped in singal layer of aluminum foil and used a lighter for like two or three seconds and they became soften. I but cotton between gums and lip to keep area dry and dried off my tooth cavity and in my case also where I had a root canals done. Then I softened both and mixed together cuz I didn't know ( and still don't) if I was supposed to mix the two like an epoxy type deal or use the pink first and then white on top. But I found mixing them both lasted the longest. I've tried everything Amazon has to offer and when used correctly thes things are the way to go. Note* when Appling area must be dry but it will want to also stick to instrument or finger how ever your applicant this stuff and it hardens as soon as it gets wett so keep all that in mind. And takes like 12 hours to cure and after that. Try not to eat anything crunchy and they will last awhile. Especially helps if your having temperature sensitive areas or pressure sedative. So you can get through a couple days depending how careful you are. One time it lasted like a week and I was eating sandwiches and chocolate just fine.....Just no cereal, chips,ect. Use common sense. No sticky no crunchy. Simple . Also they will stay on when brushing teeth too if you do so with care. Better than dentek/dentemp....put it like that. And before this stuff I loved that stuff. I think a lot of these bad reviews are due to people lacking the mental ability to lookup how to use something printed in a different language. This stuffs amazing. A cavity fell out and I have a huge gaping hole in my tooth. Everything else I’ve tried does not stay in long enough to even eat a meal. Put this stuff in at night so it has time to dry and you’ll be eating all the crap foods you like in no time.To use: put on foil, heat foil with lighter til it gets soft. Once soft you have about 10 seconds to get it in. If you do it right this stuff will stay in and last. If you don’t, we’ll try again duh. Oh and definitely don’t overheat, and expect heating it to make the stuff hot so exercise caution and don’t overheat or you will burn yourself and have a bad time. Read more
