Absolutely loved the pink curtains. They are amazing and truly block out curtains. I was late to work from how dark my room was that i didnt think it was time to get up. They were pretty heavy and thick so I loved that as well. My room gets really dark now. Definitely buying more later on. The picture was taken at 11am when the sun is out and bright but my room is still dark. These are amazing for people who work night shift and sleep in the day or for babies because it blocks out the light. Some sunlight comes in but due to how your curtain rod is placed. Overall great buy.Update: I bought a second pair which was the wine red color curtains and i was not as satisfied. The red curtains are not a wine red color they are more like a brick orange red. I was so excited given that the first pair was really nice but the second order didnt meet all my expectations. We've purchased multiple set of these curtains for purposes of blocking heat and noise reduction, for the whole house. Once you have the rods installed, the curtains are a breeze to install. They hang straight and without wrinkles. Some may need an initial steaming from being folded in a plastic bag. Otherwise, they are completely ready to hang. Easy to open and close. They are heavy, so a substantial curtain rod system is best. They absolutely help with the heat coming through the windows. Blackout is 100% for those trying to sleep. Noise reduction is excellent. I love these so much! I bought 2 sets, one with grommets for our bedroom window and one without for the French doors in our bedroom (52x72 rod pocket for the doors). Not the best photo, but I did want to share I used these for the French doors in my bedroom. I did have to cut small slits in the bottom pocket to get the rod through as it was sewn shut, but I had already guessed I may need to do that. The curtains we had before were not true blackout like these and I really wanted extra privacy considering the door is in our bedroom. For anyone else looking to do the same I used small tension rods and those weird looking sticky back curtain rod clips. The regular cafe rods barely held the other curtains and these are way heavier. I'm so happy I decided to get theses curtains they are true blackout curtains. I did get light coming from the top and sides but that's gonna happen but the curtains definitely do there job. I'm not sure about the noise cancellation haven't real paid much attention to that feature. I will say you may need to iron the wrinkles out of them but that's not a big deal. The media could not be loaded.  So I bought one of these curtains brand new (which I should have bought both) but the used one I bought was in poor condition. The color was dull, it didn’t block out any sunlight at all and the back lining to the curtain was removed. I understand that used items come with some cons but I would just like to put out there to be careful with used items. Because this curtain doesn’t even do what it was made for, blocking out sunlight.If I were to have bought 2 brand new curtains, this would have been a 5 star review. These curtains are great for what they are advertised. They are thick, not wrinkled, and keep out all light. I wish I could give them a 5 star rating. But, they are not straight! One side is 1.5" longer than the other side! It is very noticeable at the bottom which is very disappointing. Read more

These are good blackout curtains. But the should have a white liner on top of the black. If you get the afternoon sun like we do these curtains get got with the black liner. They were warming our bedroom up. Maybe good in winter but definitely not summer. Read more
