I’ve used several brands of whitening cream in the past as my armpits tend to get very dark quickly, and I usually get the creams from Amazon. This is the first time I try out the Sunspot brand but unlike other price comparable brands, this one didn’t get provide noticeable effects after use. I had to use the cream consistently for a week to see its efficacy.Just as with other comparable creams, the consistency of the Sunspot cream is thick and takes extensive hand washing to completely clean off hands. I do like the container and especially the dispenser, as it’s easy to press and the spout allows for good control of product dispensing. The instructions comment that streaks will occur if your skin is dry, which might be the case, but considering the thickness of all creams of the sort that I’ve tried, I think that it is the consistency of the creams that cause the streaking more than the dryness of the skin. I find this cream to be more of a concealer than a fading cream. When I apply the cream is stays on my skin and doesn't absorb like other creams I've used. The cream gives my very fair skin a white cast so it does make the darker/redder patches of skin less noticeable. But dark patches are less noticeable because the discoloration is concealed rather than eliminated. The white cast this cream give my skin is okay for me because I am so pale, but if you have darker skin the flat white look of this cream might look odd. Read more
