I am generally healthy, my blood pressure is at a good level, and I find taking vitamins and supplements help me keep healthy. My regular vitamin | supplement regimen includes taking CoQ10 capsules on a daily basis. Research shows that Coenzyme Q10 promotes good heart health and effectively provides a number of other health benefits.❤Although the capsules I take daily aren’t anywhere near the size of “horse pills,” if I can avoid swallowing a handful of pills, I will. As such, I ordered the Spray For Life Nano Coenzyme Q10 Liquid Oral Spray.❤Although it is not as cost-effective as my regular pill form brand, I like the feeling of the mist in my mouth when I spray it under my tongue. It actually feels invigorating. As far as the taste goes, I don’t taste the orange flavor, but I can detect the stevia in the spray. Stevia is a natural sugar and although it is generally considered safe for human consumption, I have a sensitive stomach and if I digest too much of it, I can experience a wicked bout of diarrhea. So far, though, I have not found this to be true using this product.Overall, after I consume this bottle, however, I will be sticking to my regular CoQ10 capsules. CoQ10 was what my doctor suggested (ordered) me to use after a series of blood panels a couple years ago. I went with his 'suggestion' and the blood panels eventually got straightened out.Because CoQ10 is known to help with heart health and increased circulatory health, I simply choose not to give it up.This is a little on the pricey side, but being retired and traveling fairly often now I find this is a very easy way to keep it handy and for me to stay on task. I use this as a supplemental form while traveling and a less expensive form when at home.The absorption when used sublingual according to my research is MUCH faster and more complete than using the capsules.I hope this was helpful. I’ve been taking this for awhile now, instead of my coQ-10 pills, and I love it!! I have to take enough medications and vitamins already, so this product helped me alleviate one of those pills from my daily regime.This literally tastes DELICIOUS! You can't overestimate the value of CoQ10. I love having this in the spray form because I feel like it gets absorbed much better than pills. This one doesn't taste bad at all--in fact it tastes pretty good. I look forward to taking it.I can't say that I have noticed any detectable change in my blood pressure or pulse or anything it as a result of taking this, but I'm well aware of the beneficial impact of CoQ10 on the body and the cardiovascular system.I'm not sure what the right price should be on this. It's $24.95 as of this writing. I mean obviously if it protects you from some cardiovascular problem, it's more than worth it. The question is, can you get something cheaper that's just as effective?
