I have been taking liquid chlorophyll, which works great, I put a few drops in the water I take all my other supplements with each morning!!! Although it just has the slightest taste, I don't really like it, but it does keep my breath smelling fresh all the time!! Any supplement is difficult to review. Many times the benefits people will see are placebo. Sometimes the supplements will actually have an impact.I’m a pretty healthy individual and looked up some good supplements to take while I try to increase my muscle mass and testosterone.
