My 5 year old loves this toothbrush. I love the concept too. However, when my son first used it, he accidentally twisted the brush head and inside was the metal piece that rotates the brush. It looks extremely dangerous and can potentially cause a serious accident. Because of this, instead of him being able to brush his teeth independently, I watch his like a hawk. Read more

So cute for $20. My son is 4 and he loves this toothbrush. He also likes that he can keep track of his daily brushes with the chart. One thing to recommend, I put the chart in a document protector so I can use it more than once with a dry erase marker. No need in printing so many copies. Other than that , great buy! Read more

I had high hopes after such great reviews, but the button to turn the toothbrush on was so hard for my 6 year old daughter to push! Not kid (or even grown up) friendly for an item that has 1 button/function. The giraffe cover was a poor product design afterthought. As one reviewer said, because the head doesn't snap on very tight, stuff starts to accumulate inside (disgusting) and at the base of the attachment. Keep looking. Bought this for my three year old. He absolutely loves it. The attached toothbrush timer is awesome to make sure we are spending enough time and also to end tooth brushing time when he gets too silly/carried away. After a couple months we had issues with it not working contacted customer service and talked to a real human - NO PHONE TREE!! Hannah was extraordinarily helpful and the customer service was some of the best I have experienced. They confirmed this issue appears to be a one off but would send the info to the appropriate team for tracking and sent out a replacement. Great experience. If this same issue happened with a big brand you could try calling but won’t easily get through to a person when or if you do they are too big to really care about your single toothbrush issue. 5 year warranty! That was amazing. I had not read that on the reviews until we get the package and it is right on the box. Of course you have to register the product, but I think that is a big selling point. At first I did think buying a $20 electric toothbrush was a bit much, but the reviews about the kid's actually being excited about using it was convincing. Then with the added warranty made it even a better purchase. I would recommend. The brush vibrates and rotates! We just help the kid's out because we want it to be effective. I was originally very impressed with this product particularly with the customer service until the batteries stopped working and it was time to change them, the product then stopped working. After sending multiple emails that went unanswered I decided to just go ahead and re-order the product since my son really enjoyed it. The new product also did not work unfortunately you cannot return these products whether they work or not. After spending almost $60 on toothbrushes i contacted amazon who thankfully refunded me for both toothbrushes. Brusheez finally responded to one of my emails over a month later. I explain the problem to them and the lack of response I was getting as well as Amazon’s response to the situation and again received no response. Just after a month of regular use my daughter's toothbrush broke.She never dropped it, she actually really loved it and took care of it, but something broke inside. There is something rattling inside. She has to hold the button to get it to work. And, now for some reason it just turns on by itself. It will just turn on at 10am or 3am and wakes me up.I will say it got my daughter brushing her teeth regularly, but it is poorly made.Also, to call it an "Electronic" toothbrush is a bit of a stretch of the truth. We purchased the yellow giraffe Brusheez from Amazon for my 16 months old baby. It worked really well. He played with it like a toy at first. Then we put some toothpaste on the head and he started brushing his teeth manually. Later, we turned it on and let him brush and rotate it in his mouth. It worked out so well. His teeth is much cleaner than him using his manual toothbrush. I’d highly recommend this children’s tooth brush to any children learning to brush their teeth. Read more

Great set. My daughter loves it and it has made brushing my now 3 year old's teeth easier. The fit in her mouth is better than the disposable kids Oral B brushes but there's still a bit of adjustment in size when compared to a manual toddler brush. One of the biggest advantages I found is that even if she's being a bit fussy, once the brush makes contact with her teeth, the spinning head is doing all the hard lifting. Read more
