Works really well. super easy to put together and use. Not sure that it literally gets everything out of my pores.. but I don't think that has to do with the suction or this product in particular. it does suck really hard. seams to work well with at least getting most gunk up to the surface of my skin and as you can see definitely got some stuff out. Yuck. Has multiple levels of suction for the sensitive areas and stronger for the stubborn areas. I would highly recommend. Although I do wish they had an even small circle with a extra hard suction for extremely stubborn spots. that way it could go directly around one zit and suction super hard to get the really deep rooted stuff out without making a really large mark. by the way, did not have hickey issues, the redness i did get cleared up quickly accept for a few areas on my neck. but i bruise easily there. Okay, so I've wanted one of these for quite some time but never bit the bullet until now.I don't even wear makeup much these days, but I also have fits and spurts of taking care of my face skin. I'll be regimented about it for a few weeks, and then months go by. So my pores get clogged up, and I can actually feel the gunk. So I thought this would be an amazing way to get rid of it IF it really worked. For the price, I had to try it.My 8-year-old watched in disgust as I worked diligently to clean this old face. She gasped at the red lines and would count to 4 as I held it on trouble spots just so that I wouldn't get "face hickies". I went over my face more than once, and it became this addiction to see how the clogs would just hang there after the first swipe and then be gone after the second.Honestly, I could've done this for hours and still felt that maybe I could do more. But I resisted since my face did get all red and streaky and puffed. I touched my cheeks, and they felt like baby skin. I was convinced that this was the one thing I've been waiting for, but then realized that maybe my skin was all puffed up, and the next day, I'd feel the clogged bumps again since, hey, our skin doesn't just stop producing sebum because we used a tool once, right?I will strongly suggest that once you're done, you use a deep cleanser that's free of harsh chemicals and a light moisturizer. And then - don't forget this part - take a cold, damp cloth and press it back onto your skin to close up those cleaned-out pores. Because when I woke up in the morning, I thought I had gone back in time.This thing is NO JOKE.And it comes with the metal tools for the stubborn stuff, but I haven't needed it yet.I also recommend a good face steamer or doing this right out of the shower. I bought a steamer but I'm not sure the reservoir was large enough to make enough steam to do my face for long enough. This is a phenomenal suctional...I am not ashamed to show pics of what this brought out my face. We all get dirt and experience black heads, white heads, etc. I was super surprised how great this works. The suction is so strong that it pulled all the dirt and whatever else it could off my face. In the pics above, you will see all the stuff from my face and the other from my nose. My face feels so soft and smooth after my treatment. It did open up a few pimples and eject them. Their is only 1 downfall of the item. Being that the suction is so strong, I do have red marks on some of my face, which is ok, bcuz I know it will go away. First regimen I've tried that i see instant results without it being too harsh for my sensitive skin. Ive used this twice and im sold. I have very deeply rooted blackheads in my lower t zone on my face and the only thing thats ever made any difference was popping them in long sessions and enduring 2 weeks of an ugly blotchy and bloody face. Now i wash my face (no scrub or gritty products as the instructions say not to exfoliate beforehand), use a facial steamer for 5mins and then use both: the massager/exfoliator tip on my neck and forehead, as well as the small circle tip for my t zone. Now the instructions say not to go over the same area too much and not to stop over one area to prevent hickies essentially. I chose to be a bit more aggressive and really went over my nose, chin, tops of my cheeks under my eyes. I went both in a downward and upward direction in separate strokes on the highest suction just to try and get these blackheads out. In the picture i added you can see buildup in the end of tip that does not appear to just be dead skin like i was worried. You can actually see the pores being opened and stretched if you slow enough with a lighted mirror. I knew it was possible i would have marks because i was pressing down (trying to get the best suction on the bridge of my nose and in creases) but i actually had no marks from it! I was slightly blotchy in areas i went over a little too much but half a day and those were gone. Its a common side effect if you do what i did so its avoidable if you stick to the instructions. But in case youre wondering how easy it is to get marks or not now you know. I had dark deep blackheads before my session today and after they are about 75% better. For oily skin its recomended 2x a week so imagine if i do it again i could clear out alot of blockage of the pores. I have combination sensitive skin and im in my late 20s. After i use the suction i use a dead sea mud mask and my skin looks so much better. Ive never seen improvement like this (: Read more
