i always been ordering this product. Never had issues. Since June 2020 I went to replenish my stock of this product and the sent me what I thought was new branding and design. Didn’t realize after I opened one that it was completely different in texture and style.On the back of the one advertised it to be “medium hold, Natural finish, short-mid lengths.”This new one is completely different and not as advertised: “low hold, medium shine, all lengths”I pretty much got the wrong kind of axe hair cream I’m looking for. So I requested this as a replacement and I still got the wrong type of product. I keep getting the conditional cream, this is not the product I’m looking for. The texture is different, and it’s not my kind of style. This cream is the real deal. My only problem is that it costs too much. It used to come in a container twice the current size. You're paying more for less than half the original product. Read more

My boyfriend uses this gel in his hair and has used it for a long time. We ordered it through amazon as its really hard to find at the stores near us. The container looks the same but the formula is not. Its more watery in consistency and does not hold the hair well at all. It also has a very odd scent to it. Overall not the same product.
