I have been taking Aloe Vera juice for a month or two after having food poisoning. It helped me recover quickly and so I carried on taking it as my digestion was even better than before I was ill. Unfortunately the juice tastes like a chemical spill in a sprout factory and so I thought I'd give the tablets a chance. The pills have almost the same effect as the juice but I got an extremely acid stomach off them and had to stop taking them. Back to the nasty juice for me :( Read more
